Comparison method

How the MoverIndex score is built.

The score weighs public review signals, source coverage, service fit, licensing information, service area match, response expectations, and labeled sponsored placement.

01

Review Signal

Ratings, review snapshots, review-source diversity, and public sentiment themes are considered together. The site avoids treating a single raw count as the whole story.

02

License and Authority

Profiles may include FDACS, DOT, MC, BBB, marketplace, and official company links. Visitors can use those links to cross-check the brand, legal entity, DBA, or branch.

03

Service Fit

The index separates local moves, long-distance moves, labor-only jobs, commercial work, storage, packing, apartments, and junk removal so filters create useful shortlists.

04

Local Fit

Tampa Bay service area, response expectations, same-week availability, and nearby city coverage are factored into the presentation.

05

Sponsored Placement

Sponsored listings can appear prominently, but they are labeled and still show the same source, service, credential, and comparison details.

06

Ongoing Updates

Profile details can change. The contact page lets businesses and consumers submit updated source links, license information, service changes, or correction requests.

Source stack

Where visitors can cross-check company details.

The profile cards use direct links to public and official sources so visitors can inspect review profiles, business details, and license records.
